Hi, I'm Carlos, a Brazilian-American software engineer based in Florida, USA. I lead technical design and delivery of the Clinical AI Agent at Oracle Health, a multimodal assistant that moves between voice, text, and touch without losing context. I also build personal projects with my interests. Alongside that, I research LLMs and NLP for healthcare and Human-Centered AI as a Ph.D. student at UCCS. Two decades of shipping, across web, mobile, and enterprise.
 
Beyond my technical pursuits, I am a Spiritist, interested in spiritualism, philosophy, music, motorcycles, and home improvements and automation.
