What it does

Everything you need from a password manager, and nothing you don't.

It reads and writes standard KeePass databases, so KeePassXC, KeePass 2, KeePassium and Strongbox all keep working on the same file.

Search as you type

The search field sits above the list and filters instantly across title, username, URL, notes and group name. No modal, no Enter key.

One click to copy

Copy any field straight from the row. Passwords are marked confidential so clipboard managers and Universal Clipboard skip them, and they clear themselves after a timeout you choose.

Full editing

Add, edit and delete entries and groups, generate strong passwords, show or hide any field, and open a site in your browser from the row.

Locks itself

Auto-lock after an idle period and when your Mac sleeps. Unlock with the master password, a key file, or Touch ID.

Your file, your place

Open a database from anywhere — local disk, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, a network share. Create new ones, and change the master password when you need to.

Out of the way

No Dock icon and no windows. Launch at login, sort by title or date, group entries or don't, and check for updates when it suits you.

Formats KDBX 3.1 and 4.x

Argon2id, Argon2d and AES-KDF key derivation; AES-256 and ChaCha20 ciphers; key files in every format KeePass accepts.

Your data Nothing is dropped

Attachments, custom fields, history and entries made by other apps are preserved exactly when you edit something else in the file.

Verification Checked against KeePassXC

Every file this app writes is opened by KeePassXC in the test suite, across both format versions and all supported ciphers.

On your Mac Sandboxed and notarized

Signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple. It reaches the network only to check for updates — your database never leaves your machine.
